All information, publications, templates, blogs, newsletters, webinars, social media content, correspondence and other materials published or provided by MYUNION or QPOA are for general information and educational purposes only. Additional services may attract separate professional fees. Where a membership or subscription is purchased, the member authorises recurring payments in accordance with the selected membership plan. Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date through the member's online account or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewals only and does not entitle the member to a refund for the current billing period except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Membership benefits, pricing, included services and subscription terms may be amended from time to time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided before the change takes effect. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the information we publish is accurate, current and complete, MYUNION and QPOA make no warranty or representation as to its accuracy, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYUNION, QPOA, their officers, employees, advocates, contractors and representatives disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from reliance upon any information, publication or service provided. Nothing contained in our publications, communications, memberships or advocacy services creates a solicitor-client relationship, legal practitioner-client relationship or any fiduciary relationship beyond the terms of any written advocacy agreement entered into with us.
